Payments and Refunds
1 Payment Authorization:
By using the Services, you authorize RSGio 29 or its third-party payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account for any charges incurred for recharge and bill payment services.
2. Refund Policy:
You may request a refund for the amount topped up in your recharge wallet within 7 days of the transaction. To request a refund, please contact our customer support and provide the necessary details. Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used for the original transaction.
3. Wallet Expiration:
The amount stored in your wallet is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of top-up. If the amount is not utilized within this period, it will expire and become non-refundable.
